Hi all,
My rheumatologist has suggested putting me on "Anakinra", this would be in place of "Infliximab" which
while working to some extent is not stopping my joints failing. Is anyone on it and what are its pros and cons?
He has left the final decission to me after discussing it with my wife. While I have found details on the web,
it is often more helpful if you can find someone already using it.
Any help greatfully received.
Clive

Thanks for you response Jenni. Every bit of information is of help when trying to make a decision. My diagnosis was changed in 2003 from RA to ASD after I wasn't reacting as expected to the different norms. So your answer makes me realize why the rheumy is suggesting I go on Anakinra. A friend has also used it in the US but says it didn't have any real impact on her, but then she doesn't have ASD.
